“I am a Rockstar: An Expert Guide to Success,” by Uma Vanka, is a new success guide that offers readers tools to develop critical life skills, advance communication skills, improve leadership skills, expand branding skills and sharpen deal–making skills.

As a digital transformation leader, Vanka is no stranger to the journeys of success and was eager to share his knowledge with others.

I always wanted to share my thoughts with people,” he said. “This pandemic gave me some extra time to pursue my passion.”

In “I am a Rockstar,” Vanka presents readers with tangible practices that they can engage in to reach success.

The book consists of 13 chapters that will aid readers on their journeys as they do the work to define success, determine their destination and develop a strategy to reach it.

“I will help you develop your confidence and attitude you need to succeed,” Vanka said. “I will help you sharpen your communication skills, presentations skills, deal-making skills and brand-making skills.”

“I am a Rockstar” will help readers of all backgrounds develop the confidence and attitude needed to help them reach success.

“The main audiences are teenagers and millennials, but this is applicable for anyone looking to succeed in life,” Vanka said.

It’s the author’s hope that after reading this book, readers “first gain confidence and expand their skills to grow in their current career or switch careers, especially amid the current pandemic.”

Vanka’s favorite part of his book is the section that addresses self-belief and the fact that we do not “fail” but rather “fall” in life.

“Very often I hear from people who say that they’re a ‘failure in life’ or that they’ve failed and do not want to try anymore,” Vanka said. “What I tell them is, ‘no you don’t fail in life, you just fall, and every time you fall you have to learn from that fall and move on.”

In addition to being an author, Vanka works as a business transformation leader. He works with businesses, both small and large, to help them become market leaders using information technology.

He lives in Northern California with his family. For more information about the author and his work visit, umavanka.com.

“I am a Rockstar: An Expert Guide to Success” is available for $6.99 (paperback) or $2.99 (E-Book) on Amazon.
