“The Human Condition: A Pathway to Peace and Fulfillment,” by Bob Yari, is an inspiring new book that offers a new perspective for readers wanting to better enjoy their lives.

In the book, Yari presents a deeper understanding of the human condition, one’s propensities and tendencies, and the key ingredient to achieving happiness.

Events from the author’s own life provided inspiration for the book.

“My unique life experiences both growing up and in my business life which gave me access and visibility to all levels of socio-economic levels,” said Yari. “I was able to see how some people were extremely wealthy and unhappy and some were dirt poor and happy as can be.”

It was important for Yari to create a book that highlights the philosophy he’s learned through his life’s journey and offer guidance to readers.

“Over time, I developed a personal philosophy which gave me peace and contentment,” said the author. “I wanted to share this as much as I could.”

Yari offers readers a better understanding of the human condition through ways such as encouraging them to acknowledge their programming and natural tendencies to react, how to monitor their attitudes through changing their perspective on how they process information daily, how to intentionally show gratitude and more.

Yari acknowledges the difficulties in adjusting one’s way of thinking yet reminds readers to be intentional in their pursuit of finding the good in their lives.

“That’s not an easy thing to do,” he said. “You can’t just adjust your mindset by saying, ‘OK, I’m going to adjust my mindset.’

“It takes a lot of reflection, work, and time but it’s very doable; we have this amazing power to adjust our own thinking.”

“The Human Condition” is intended for a universal audience and the book will no doubt resonate with readers seeking to gain a better understanding of the human condition.

It’s the author’s hope that readers gain “an awareness of the power they have to affect their own personal base level of happiness and some tools to achieve that.”

In addition to being an author, Yari is a real estate developer and a film producer and director. He is based in Los Angeles.
