The Jackie Robinson Stadium on property owned by the Veterans Administration in Westwood was ordered locked Sept. 25 under a ruling by federal Judge David Carter. Carter ruled the stadium grounds were to be used primarily for the benefit of the military veterans for whom the land was originally deeded.
