‘Sweet’ Alice Harris gets her way with street renaming

Sweet Alice Harris speaks Sept. 16 at the dedication of Sweet Alice Row, a stretch of Lou Dillon Boulevard in Watts where Harris’ Parents of Watts Working with Youths and Adults program has operated since 1967.
