Legislature honors Lakers legend Michael Cooper
Former Los Angeles Lakers star Michael Cooper speaks at a reception for him at the California State Museum Aug. 5 in Sacramento. Cooper was honored by the Assembly and Senate at the State Capitol earlier that day. He will be inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in October.
