TASTY QUIP: “I’m gearing up to retire. Probably next year will be my last tour. So, if y’all wanna come and see TLC, I suggest you do it now because I’m not going to be doing this much longer. I am 54, but I’m blessed. I was told I wouldn’t live past 30 [due to Sickle Cell disease]. I’m 54 still on stage, selling out arenas and stadiums, traveling the world. This is like a dream and something that I prayed for and God gave it to me. So, when God and my body say it’s time to stop, then I will stop. I ain’t crazy. I’m not going to kill myself doing this!” – TIONNE “T-BOZ” WATKINS on “The Breakfast Club”

END QUOTE: “Racial healing doesn’t look like something that’s scary or something that I can’t do. It’s a personal responsibility on the daily to be curious about other people, to hear another person’s story and extend a little more grace. That’s the way that we begin to do the work.” – COLMAN DOMINGO (“Sing Sing” “Euphoria”) to Ebony
