As a digital transformation leader, Vanka is no stranger to the journeys of success and was eager to share his knowledge with others.
“I always wanted to share my thoughts with people,” he said. “This pandemic gave me some extra time to pursue my passion.”
In “I am a Rockstar,” Vanka presents readers with tangible practices that they can engage in to reach success.
The book consists of 13 chapters that will aid readers on their journeys as they do the work to define success, determine their destination and develop a strategy to reach it.

It’s the author’s hope that after reading this book, readers “first gain confidence and expand their skills to grow in their current career or switch careers, especially amid the current pandemic.”
Vanka’s favorite part of his book is the section that addresses self-belief and the fact that we do not “fail” but rather “fall” in life.
“Very often I hear from people who say that they’re a ‘failure in life’ or that they’ve failed and do not want to try anymore,” Vanka said. “What I tell them is, ‘no you don’t fail in life, you just fall, and every time you fall you have to learn from that fall and move on.”
In addition to being an author, Vanka works as a business transformation leader. He works with businesses, both small and large, to help them become market leaders using information technology.
